Courses are offered to you in blocks on Mondays and Wednesdays and some classes may be held on the weekends at certain times of the year

Course Includes Marie Mongan’s HypnoBirthing® book, 2 relaxation CDs, scripts and handouts,  plus ongoing support if required via phone and email until you go into labour.
